We deliver
Clean totes stacked at your door before your move. No flattened cardboard, no tape, no Home Depot run. Just totes ready to fill.
You pack & move
Fill them, stack them, move them. They’re sturdier than cardboard and stack clean in the truck. Keep them for 14 days, plenty of time to unpack at your own pace.
We pick up
When you’re done, we come get them. No breaking down boxes, no curbside pile, no cleanup. We sanitize every tote before it goes out again.

Hi, I’m Blake. I started ReadyCrate after my own move turned into the usual mess: a Home Depot run (or three) for boxes, a sea of tape and Sharpies, and a week of breaking down cardboard afterward. There had to be something easier — so I built it. Clean reusable totes, delivered to your door, picked up when you’re done. Local. Honest. On time.

Standard rental is 14 days. Need more time? Add a week for a flat fee.
Delivery and pickup is one flat fee based on your location — $29 in our core area, $49 in the outer ring, and $69 at the edge of our service area. The one fee covers both the drop-off and the pickup, even if your two addresses are in different parts of the metro. Zone details are on the pricing page.
Just let us know before pickup day. Extensions are $39 to $99 depending on your package size.
Replacement is $30 per tote, charged to the card on file. We always email first with a 48-hour grace period to find it.
